About Professional Plumbing LLC

Steve LaRue began his career in the plumbing industry in April 1995 as he worked with and learned from Gene Rush of Rush Plumbing. After working in Wichita for a few years he earned his Journeyman Plumber’s license and went on to obtain his Master Plumber’s license.

In March of 2005, his dream of owning his own business became a reality as he opened Professional Plumbing LLC in a small shop of Sixth Avenue in El Dorado. As his business and reputation as a dependable, honest business man grew, more space was needed. He bought his present location, 312 S. Main St. El Dorado in 2007.

At that time Steve’s brother, Mike joined the business and later earned his Journeyman Plumber’s license. Over the years, Professional Plumbing LLC has been involved in the construction of several projects locally, as well as many custom homes, additions, multi-family housing and most recently the Flint Creek Addition on the west side of El Dorado.

With his Texas Master Plumber’s license, Steve spent 18 months in 2021 and 2022 working in Lubbock, Texas remodeling an older downtown office building to transition into the 20-story, 98-unit Metro Tower Lofts. Mike continued serving El Dorado and the surrounding areas with new construction and remodeling projects and service work in the interim. We want to thank our loyal customers and new ones, too.
